If we’re both happy with what we hear, we move on to co-create the approach and cost structure that works best for you.
Sometimes it is not right for us to engage with you, however we will always offer good advice on the market and the probability of success for your search.
ICD Roadmapping
Our bespoke consultancy service. We spend an hour working with you collaboratively on building a comprehensive picture of your organisation. We start with your business journey, move on to where your tech, teams, structure, and products and services are at now, and work together to understand your market position and mission statement. We then move onto collaboratively detailing where you want to get to, and what your future vision and goals are. This information allows us to define your talent strategy, both now and in the future, and understand how we can help your business achieve its goals. The presentation we have created collaboratively will be sent to you so you can share with your key stakeholders.
Talent strategy roadmap
Following our roadmapping session and using the information we discussed, we will create a tailored talent roadmap for your business, including salary benchmarking to aid with budget planning. This will be sent to you for approval and we will use this to plan our regular touch points and to build ongoing talent pools for your future hires.
Commercials
This will only take around 15 minutes of your time. We will use the information we have from our previous session to offer you a bespoke commercial offering, then discuss with you to finalise the best solution for both parties.
Assignment engagements
For each assignment we need at least 1 hour of your time to build the framework, criteria and parameter of the search. Our playbook is well tested and by working through a well-designed onboarding and search plan, we aim to never go off on a wild goose chase!
